- Additional charges

- Payment methods

- Payment timing
- Full or partial payment is due at booking as shown on the payment screen. If your booking requires quotation review, follow the payment instructions provided after confirmation.
- Service delivery
- The transfer or chauffeur service is provided on the date, at the time and at the pickup location confirmed in your booking.
- Cancellation and no-show
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the service starts are free of charge. Cancellation within 24 hours incurs a 100% fee; no-shows are non-refundable. See the full Cancellation, Waiting and No-Show Policy below.
- Booking changes
- For a change to your booking, contact us with your booking number so that we can confirm the revised arrangements. Refer to the booking confirmation and the service policies below.
- Refunds
- Eligible cancellations are refunded to the original payment method. The current cancellation policy states 3–10 business days after cancellation confirmation, depending on your bank or payment provider.
