Terms of Service

By booking a transfer with Japan Private Transfer, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms. All bookings are subject to availability and our confirmation. 予約を行うことで、お客様は本規約に同意したものとみなされます。

All bookings require full or partial payment at the time of reservation using our secure payment gateway. We accept major credit cards and bank transfer. Prices are quoted in USD ($) and include all taxes, tolls, and fuel unless otherwise stated. ご予約には、オンラインでの安全なお支払いが必要です。料金は米ドル（USD）表記で、税金・通行料・燃料費を含みます。

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before pickup time are fully refundable to the original payment method. Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup time and no-shows are non-refundable. ご出発24時間前までにキャンセルされた場合、お支払い金額を全額ご返金いたします。24時間を切ってからのキャンセル・無断キャンセルは返金対象外となります。

Standard luggage allowance is 2 large suitcases plus 2 carry-on items per vehicle. Additional luggage may require a larger vehicle. We take utmost care with your belongings, but we cannot be held liable for items lost or damaged during transit unless caused by gross negligence. 車両に応じた荷物容量があります。荷物の紛失・破損については、重大な過失がある場合を除き責任を負いません。

We expect all passengers to treat our drivers with respect. Smoking, consuming alcohol without permission, or any inappropriate behavior may result in termination of service without refund. Please follow your driver's instructions regarding seatbelts and vehicle safety. 乗客の皆様には、ドライバーへの敬意をお願いしております。不適切な行動は、サービスの途中終了につながる場合があります。
