Booking Notes
- Vehicle & Driver:The service start time can be adjusted according to the guest's needs; please fill in the desired departure time when booking. The reference itinerary defaults to starting at 08:00. Please provide the hotel name, number of passengers, amount of luggage, and desired sightseeing spots in advance. The driver will confirm the vehicle and contact information the day before the service. If you need an English-speaking driver, child seats, or other special requests, please inform us in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate. If an English-speaking driver cannot be arranged for standard vehicles, the driver will use translation tools to assist communication to ensure smooth service. Mercedes-Benz S-Class / V-Class luxury vehicles include English-speaking driver service. The itinerary order may be adjusted appropriately based on the day's traffic conditions, weather, and guest needs.
- ⚠️ Fee Description：After the reserved service time, additional fees will be charged based on extra service time: For vehicles under 10 people: USD 80 / hour For vehicles of 10 people and above: USD 100 / hour After exceeding the included mileage, additional fees will be charged based on the actual increased mileage.
- ⚠️ Other Notes：Entrance tickets, meal costs, personal expenses, and other non-included items must be borne by the guests.
- ⚠️ Cancellation Policy：After the reservation is confirmed, cancellations or modifications can be made free of charge up to 24 hours before the service start time. Orders cannot be canceled or modified for free within 24 hours before the service starts. Any cancellations made by modifying the date or time are not applicable to the cancellation policy. Orders within the 24-hour restriction will be processed according to relevant regulations if changes or cancellations are needed. Service Time: Approximately 10 hours, including 300 kilometers. Overtime/Excess Mileage Fee: Additional fees will be charged based on actual conditions after exceeding the reserved time or included mileage.
